Job Title: Administration Coordinator

Job objective: Effective office & event administration

Job description summary:

Tasks will include (but are not exclusive to) –

● Handle general and back office administration
● Customer service communication with clients via telephone and email
● Assist with all pre & post event administration for all Wildrunner events
● Coordinate & administer merchandise stock, including stock take, sales and ordering processes
● Monitor and co‐ordinate Wildrunner online media content including website detail and social media
● Event day:

  • Co‐ordinate merchandise ‐ setup Trail Store, manage crew pre and during event
  • Assist with break‐down of the event equipment and infrastructure

Requirements
● Computer competency, specifically Word, Excel & cloud based computing
● Professional phone and email etiquette
● Sound understanding of Social Media
● Strong administrative & organisational skills

Advantageous
● A trail runner
● Good social skills
● Enjoy travelling & the outdoors
● Merchandising experience (retail or otherwise)

Remuneration
Salary expectations will be discussed in the interview phase and any remuneration agreement will depend largely on experience.
